About the Role
The Enrolment Specialist provides specialist course and study planning advice to students across all aspects of enrolment and study plan management. Reporting to the Enrolment Specialist Coordinator, the position engages with a portfolio of courses within an assigned teaching area and acts as a key link between academics, teaching staff and students.
The role provides detailed advice on course structures, study plans and award requirements, particularly for complex enquiries that require specialist knowledge beyond the support provided by studentHQ. The Enrolment Specialist plays an important role in supporting a positive student experience by providing friendly, approachable and timely service throughout students’ studies.
The position builds strong working relationships with academics and teaching staff and develops comprehensive knowledge of course structures and requirements to ensure student enquiries are resolved professionally and efficiently.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Significant experience in the coordination of student client services functions and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality services to a range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to establish and communicate clear priorities from competing demands
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Vocational Education, Higher Education and foundation administrative process and legislative requirements
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring a high level of accuracy in organisational matters and written materials.
Qualifications
Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
