What you will do

As rostering officer, you will plan staff coverage and keep rosters accurate.

You will work on site in Ravenhall across a rotating 14-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

You will:

- prepare and publish accurate fortnightly rosters up to six weeks ahead
- adjust daily rosters to cover leave, unexpected absences and changing staffing needs
- keep employee records secure and update staff details in TimeTarget
- check timesheets, approve outstanding entries and prepare clear reports
- give staff and managers practical rostering advice, resolve issues and refer complex matters to your team leader.

About you

You do not need a mandatory qualification. You will ideally hold a qualification in human resources, finance or business administration.

You should also have:

- experience using rostering systems, such as TimeTarget, Humanforce or Kronos, to plan and maintain multiple staff rosters
- knowledge of awards and agreements, with experience in rostering, human resources or payroll
- strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas,



pivot tables and charts, to check data and solve problems
- transparent communication and a helpful team approach, with the ability to adapt when priorities change.
