Account Manager - Sydney

Keece Maintenance Services is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Account Manager to join our Sydney team.

This is a hands-on account management role responsible for a $3M to $5M per annum portfolio of electrical maintenance contracts across premium and A-grade commercial assets in Sydney.

We’re looking for someone who has already managed large, high-value maintenance accounts and understands the expectations that come with established property clients, premium commercial buildings, tight SLAs and KPIs, abatement regimes and detailed performance reporting.

Based from our Sydney office with regular site attendance, you’ll work closely with our Service State Manager, coordinators, technicians and clients to make sure our contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of your assigned maintenance portfolio from both an operational and commercial perspective, including:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, Facility Managers and site stakeholders, including managing meetings, reporting and escalations

- Understanding contract scopes, SLAs and KPIs and ensuring services are delivered in line with requirements

- Overseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs across client sites

- Managing reactive maintenance, critical faults and outages through to resolution while keeping clients informed

- Reviewing maintenance findings, identifying recurring faults and converting defects into remedial works

- Preparing and managing quotes for remedial, variation and minor project works





- Managing account revenue, gross margin, WIP and invoicing against budget

- Supporting contract renewals, tender responses, pricing reviews and site walks

- Managing subcontractors and specialist service providers

- Ensuring works are accurately captured and closed out through simPRO

- Maintaining accurate asset registers, service reports, testing records and compliance documentation

- Planning and coordinating Building Full Function Testing

- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with Keece and client WHS requirements

About You

This role is suited to an established Electrical Maintenance Account Manager who is already comfortable taking full ownership of large, high-value accounts.

You’ll have:

- Proven experience managing $3M+ annual maintenance portfolios, including PPM and reactive works





- Experience managing premium and A-grade commercial assets for institutional property owners

- Experience working with Facility and Property Managers in environments with tight SLAs, KPIs and abatement regimes

- Strong commercial experience across quoting, margins, WIP, invoicing and cost control

- An electrical trade background with a current NSW Contractor Licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate, plus White Card

- Strong electrical maintenance and compliance knowledge

- Strong client and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with simPRO or similar would be highly regarded

- Current NSW driver licence and ability to pass a National Police Check

- Availability for occasional after-hours escalation support
