Incolink is a joint enterprise of employer associations and industry unions in the Victorian, Tasmanian, South Australian and NSW commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities
Actively manage ongoing positive relationships with workers and employers by:
- Conducting site visits to engage with worker members and employers about Incolink services and benefits
- Assisting members to check their accounts, update details and make claims; responding to member enquiries
- Supporting delivery of member services and programs, including onsite health clinics and events
- Assisting members to access Incolink services such as financial counselling through referrals and provision of information
- Collaborating with other service providers including insurance, superannuation and long service leave to provide on-site information and assistance to members
- Distributing relevant information to Incolink members, the industry and the construction community about Incolink, insurance and other benefits.
- Referring to, and having knowledge of, the relevant industrial instruments (Awards and Agreements) to guide action taken to assist lncolink members.
- Representing Incolink in engagement with employers, members and industry, including at events and conferences
Skills / Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proactive and confident communication
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Good working knowledge of the NSW commercial building and construction industry, onsite experience an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter
- Ability to travel interstate
- Appropriate experience in the use of Microsoft including Word and Outlook, as well as databases
- Comfortable with working across different locations, with varying start times to accommodate key stakeholders
- A valid NSW driver's licence.
A market-competitive salary of circa $86,000 plus generous leave and superannuation benefits on offer to the successful candidate. Applications close Monday, 19 October 2026.
