About the Program
You will have the opportunity to gain on the job learning with your host employer, as well as attending the required TAFE schedule (For blue-collar apprentices) or monthly meetings with your trainer (For white-collar trainees).

Duration & Mentoring Support - The duration of your apprenticeship or traineeship will depend on the qualification you choose. As a guide, most blue-collar apprenticeships involve a commitment of approximately four years, although this can vary depending on the trade and individual progress. White-collar traineeships generally run for around 12 months.
Throughout your journey,
ARRA Group will provide ongoing guidance and support through a dedicated mentor who will work with you and your host employer to ensure you remain on track with your training plan and development.
Key responsibilities
- Gain on the job learning with your host employer
- Attend required TAFE schedule (for blue-collar apprentices) or monthly meetings with your trainer (for white-collar trainees)
- Follow the outlined training plan with support from your dedicated mentor
- Complete trial period locally and rotate throughout the apprenticeship to gain exposure in various sectors (for blue-collar apprentices)
About you
- White Card (for blue-collar apprentices)
- Current WA Drivers Licence - ESSENTIAL
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia
- High commitment to safety
- Motivation to achieve goals and enjoy a mixture of classroom and hands-on learning
- A background in physically demanding work or completion of a pre-apprenticeship program is advantageous.
