12-Week Contract | Accommodation Provided

ATLAS Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 12-week pub refurbishment project in Cootamundra, NSW.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a solid background in hospitality fit-outs and refurbishments. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

The Role

- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of a pub refurbishment project.
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site activities.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate trades, materials and project schedules.
- Liaise with the Project Manager and client throughout the project.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects.
- Hospitality, pub or hotel refurbishment experience highly regarded.




- Strong subcontractor management and communication skills.
- Current White Card and relevant site management qualifications.
- Available to commence within the next 2 weeks.
