Clinic Mastery is the WINNER of both the Telstra Best of Business Award, and the Australian Small Business Champions Awards (2022), providing business mentoring and education to health professionals in Australia and around the world.

We work with business owners who are part of the Clinic Mastery Business Academy, and a wider community of health professionals (predominantly Allied Health) who are active on social platforms, webinars and events.

We are a small, high performing team, and demand for our services is robust.

We work mainly online, which means we place a high importance on regular communication, video conferencing on Zoom, and using Google Workspace and Slack as our primary productivity tools.

This is an active role. You will be having direct, meaningful, outcome-driven conversations every day, helping clinic owners navigate challenges, sharpen their focus and follow through on what matters most in their business.

Your Role

Position Title: Allied Health Business Coach
Also referred to as: Clinic Mastery Business Consultant / Mentor
Location: Australia, work from home
Hours: 38 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
Reports to: Clinic Mastery Head of Delivery
Salary: Package $120k including super as a base with additional opportunities for performance bonuses allowing you to earn upwards of $200k per year.

As an Allied Health Business Coach, you’ll work closely with clinic owners across Clinic Mastery programs to ensure they get real value from their membership and make tangible progress.

You’ll listen, understand their situation and help them move forward with clear priorities, practical plans and accountability.

This role is perfect for someone who:

- Knows how to challenge without being confrontational. You can shift perspectives while staying grounded and respectful.

- Has a structured and consistent approach. You help people stay focused and accountable, you follow up at the right time, with the right message, and never let an opportunity slip through the cracks.

Your Responsibilities

Member Coaching & Progress

At Clinic Mastery we focus on real value, real results, and real relationships, helping members see the benefits of coaching.

Your role is to:

- Have conversations that matter: You’ll work directly with clinic owners to help them clarify priorities, make better decisions, and stay focused on what moves their business forward.

- Understand their context: You’ll listen for what’s really going on, whether it’s time pressure, financial strain, team challenges or loss of momentum and respond with practical guidance.

- Provide structure and direction: You’ll help members turn ideas into simple plans and follow through with action.

- Track progress and follow up: You’ll document sessions, track actions and ensure members feel supported, challenged and guided.

Member Success & Engagement

Your role goes beyond individual coaching sessions toward ensuring members experience the full value of their Clinic Mastery membership.

- Proactively check in with members to understand progress and obstacles

- Help members stay engaged with relevant resources, events and support

- Work closely with the wider consulting team to flag members who need additional guidance or support

Your role can be summed up as the consistent point of support for members as they grow their business.

You will be empowered with everything you need to help create an amazing experience for the people in our community.

You won't be boxed in either. If there's something you can do that adds value, we'll welcome any contribution you make across the business.

What your day will look like:

We start each day with a daily huddle for 15 minutes over Zoom, which is where as a team we share news, what we’re working on for the day, and what we need help with.



It’s a great way to connect together before the day begins.

Then, it’s over to you. There will be meetings dotted throughout the week, but you will be in command of organising your own time to achieve the work that needs to be done.

- Coaching conversations will be your main focus

- You’ll prepare for sessions, follow up on actions and complete admin

- You’ll structure your day around sessions, thinking time and documentation

- You’ll use Slack for real-time communication, so you always feel connected

- You’ll attend in-person team retreats and events to strengthen team culture

What you’ll need to be:

This role involves coaching, communication, and accountability. More than that, it’s about helping people create better outcomes when things feel challenging.

It’s important to be flexible, responsive and thrive on managing multiple conversations and tasks. You will also need access to a positive internet connection, and a suitable home work environment.

7. You track conversations, set reminders and follow up consistently.

8. You have high emotional intelligence (EQ). You can read between the lines and adjust your approach based on each member’s situation.

9. You’re calm, grounded, and positive. People enjoy talking with you.

10. You’re fluent in English and communicate clearly, both written and verbal.

11. You’ve been inspired by leaders such as Amy Cuddy, Mel Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuk, Simon Sinek, Patrick Lencioni.
