Enjoy bringing people, processes and projects together? Help us deliver great outcomes for leading fashion and retail brands.
Williams Logistics is a family-owned, B Corp-certified third-party logistics provider offering warehousing, distribution, e-commerce fulfilment, inventory management and transport solutions for fashion, retail and lifestyle brands. As we invest in automation, innovation and sustainable growth, we are seeking an organised, customer-focused coordinator who takes ownership and follows through.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Partnerships, you will coordinate client onboarding, service changes and special projects, while supporting the resolution of complex customer issues.
You will collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, IT, Inventory and Transport to turn customer needs into clear plans and completed actions. Because each customer has unique products, sales channels and operational requirements, you will need to ask the right questions, understand the details and communicate clearly. Whether coordinating a store opening, re-ticketing project or returns process improvement, you will ensure commitments are clear and actions are completed.
This is a hands on coordination role, not a sales role or one focused only on managing the daily customer service inbox. You will take ownership of coordination and follow through, with operational and technical delivery handled by the relevant teams.
What You will Be Doing
- Onboard new clients: Coordinate requirements, timelines, testing and handovers for a smooth launch.
- Support customers and resolve issues: Answer customer questions, coordinate responses across teams and keep customers informed through to resolution.
- Help lead customer IT projects: Coordinate the customer facing elements of major change requests, including gathering requirements, organising customer testing and providing progress updates. Our IT Manager retains responsibility for technical delivery.
- Deliver service projects: Organise new services and special requests, including re-ticketing, promotional packing and changes to returns processes.
- Maintain explicit processes: Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions and customer requirements.
- Support planning and reporting: Collect customer forecasts, prepare quarterly review reports and track improvement actions.
What You will Bring
- Experience in logistics, 3PL, warehousing, retail supply chain or client operations.
- Strong coordination skills, ideally with experience in onboarding, projects or service improvements.
- Clear communication, practical problem-solving and the confidence to follow up and keep work moving.
- Confident Excel skills and experience preparing reports and process documents.
Fashion, retail or e-commerce logistics experience is highly regarded. Practical experience matters more than a particular degree.
