We’re looking for an Experienced Barista to join the team at Pearl, working across our beachfront kiosk and restaurant.
Coffee will be a key part of the role, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing consistently great coffee in a busy environment. We’d also love someone who enjoys the broader side of hospitality and is happy working on the restaurant floor or behind the bar when needed.

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least one year’s barista experience in a busy venue
- Has experience in a specialty coffee environment
- Holds a current South Australian RSA
- Has restaurant or bar experience, or is keen to develop these skills
- Takes pride in consistency and producing exceptional coffee
- Delivers warm, friendly and effective customer service
- Is organised, reliable and enjoys being part of a team
- Is happy to jump between the kiosk, restaurant floor and bar as needed
The roster is typically Wednesday to Sunday during peak season, reducing to Thursday to Sunday during quieter months, with typical daytime hours of 8:30am–4:30pm. Restaurant shifts may occasionally include later hours.
Part-time or full-time opportunities are available for the right person.
