As our Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting outcomes across the Group. This position is ideal for a technically strong accounting skilled with a Big 4 background who enjoys working in a hands-on reporting environment, partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Audit and Transformation teams to ensure accurate, compliant and timely financial reporting.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, Reporting, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements, subsidiary accounts and year-end reporting deliverables.
- Leading month-end and year-end close activities, including journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and intercompany accounting.
- Ensuring balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliations,



issue resolution and strong financial controls.
- Delivering insightful financial reporting and analysis, including investigation of P&L; and balance sheet movements.
- Supporting external audit requirements, coordinating audit requests and preparing high-quality audit documentation.
- Providing technical accounting expertise and guidance on accounting standards, reporting requirements and complex accounting matters.
- Supporting SOX compliance activities, governance requirements and continuous improvement of financial controls.
- Contributing to finance transformation initiatives and leading finance inputs into ESG reporting obligations, including climate-related disclosures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- CA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- 5+ years' experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, audit or financial reporting environments.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience preparing or reviewing financial statements and statutory accounts.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, journals and audit processes.
- An audit-focused mindset with the ability to identify reporting risks, challenge assumptions and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Exposure to SOX controls, governance frameworks and internal control environments.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP implementation or reporting enhancement initiatives will be highly regarded.




- Exposure to ESG or sustainability reporting is advantageous but not essential.
