Ezyquip Hire is looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our team at McArthur River Mine. This is a hands-on leadership role for a trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter who can lead from the front, support their team, and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

The Role

As Leading Hand, you'll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly while supporting and developing your team.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Leading and mentoring tradespeople and apprentices
- Coordinating daily maintenance activities
- Managing breakdowns and planned maintenance
- Ensuring preventative maintenance is completed
- Maintaining robust safety standards across the team
- Working closely with site stakeholders and OEMs
- Building a positive and productive team culture

What You'll Bring





- Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification (AUR or MEM)
- Minimum 5 years post-trade experience
- Strong experience maintaining mobile plant and heavy equipment
- Caterpillar experience highly regarded
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Microsoft Office, SIS and ET experience preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
