Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treasury analysis, forecasting and reporting that supports the organisation's financial strength and long-term growth objectives.

Your Current Chance

- Managing liquidity positions and cash flow forecasting
- Supporting treasury operations, investments and funding activities
- Monitoring and analysing balance sheet performance and net interest margin
- Support the Bank’s self-securitisation program, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with prudential requirements
- Assisting with funding plans, wholesale funding analysis and securitisation activities
- Monitoring interest rate risk exposures and conducting scenario modelling
- Preparing reports, analysis and committee papers for ALCO, Executive Leadership and Board Committees
- Supporting APRA reporting and ensuring compliance with prudential requirements
- Building relationships with financial institutions, counterparties and treasury service providers
- Identifying opportunities to improve treasury processes, reporting, controls and technology

About You

- Experience within banking and financial services, and highly regulated environment
- Exposure to treasury operations, liquidity management, funding and balance sheet management
- Experience preparing ALCO reporting, treasury analysis and committee papers
- Understanding of APRA prudential standards and regulatory reporting requirements




- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel capability and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- A proactive and commercially minded approach with a passion for continuous improvement
