While experience in quality inspection or quality assurance is highly regarded, it is not essential. We are interested in candidates with the right attitude, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to following processes and procedures.

About the Role

As a Production Quality Inspector, you will support manufacturing operations by inspecting components, assemblies, vehicles, and materials to ensure they meet quality requirements and customer expectations.

Working closely with production teams, you will verify that work is completed in accordance with specifications, drawings, work instructions, and established quality standards. You will also play an important role in identifying issues, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Perform incoming goods inspections and in-process production inspections throughout fabrication, assembly, and finishing stages.

- Use measuring equipment and inspection tools such as verniers, gauges, templates, height gauges, and paint inspection equipment.

- Review and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, specifications, and production documentation.

- Identify and verify critical product characteristics and quality requirements.

- Record inspection outcomes, measurements, observations, and non-conformance information accurately.

- Maintain quality records and upload inspection documentation as required.

- Assist with identifying, reporting, and resolving quality issues.

- Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives.

- Communicate quality concerns promptly and effectively with relevant stakeholders.

- Follow all workplace safety requirements, PPE standards, and company procedures.
