With an expanding pipeline of major projects across Victoria, South Australia, and WA, we are actively seeking experienced Contracts Administrators or Senior CAs looking to join established Tier-1/2 Builders across the following builds:

- Commercial & Institutional
- Fitout & Refurbishment
- Industrial, Tech, & Renewables
- Residential & Mixed Use

About You:

- 3+ years of commercial contract administration experience within an Australian established builder
- Relevant Degrees in construction, quantity surveying, or civil engineering
- Robust end-to-end command of trade procurement, scope writing, contract letting, variation management, EOM cost reporting, EOTs, and Head Contract administration (AS4000, AS2124, GC21)
- Practical experience with platforms such as ProcurePro, Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, Oracle Aconex, etc.
