Commercial Maintenance & Projects - University Location

Looking for a plumbing role where you’re trusted to get the job done, backed by a great team and given the right equipment and support?

Reliable Plumbing Services (RPS) is looking for an experienced Civil Plumber to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role suited to a plumber who enjoys variety, takes pride in their workmanship, and is comfortable taking ownership of a job from start to finish.

You'll work across commercial and civil plumbing, including drainage, sewer and stormwater, in-ground water services, fire service installations and repairs, along with CCTV and pressure jetting.

If you're looking for a stable, long-term position with a business that values good people and quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

Why Join Reliable Plumbing?

We want our plumbers to have the tools, support, and working environment they need to do their best work.

You'll enjoy:

- Competitive above-award remuneration based on your skills and experience

- Company vehicle (limited driving)

- Uniform provided

- Phone allowance

- Quality tools, equipment and job management systems

- Regular training and opportunities to develop your skills

- Stable, full-time employment

- Regular team and social events

- Opportunities for career progression

- A supportive, experienced and team-focused workplace

What You'll Be Doing

- Water and gas installation and repairs

- Fire service installation and repairs

- CCTV inspections and pressure jetting

- Fault finding and problem solving

- Coordinating materials and ordering as required

- Maintaining high standards of workmanship

- Taking responsibility for OH&S; and protected work practices

- Communicating professionally with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders

About You

We're looking for an experienced plumber who doesn't need to be constantly supervised.

You take ownership of your work, identify problems and look for solutions. You communicate when you need assistance rather than allowing a problem to hold up the job.

Just as importantly, you work well with others and understand that delivering a great result is a team effort.

You'll ideally bring experience across:

- Commercial and/or civil plumbing

- Sewer and stormwater

- Water and gas

- Fire service installation and repairs

- CCTV inspections

- Pressure jetting

- Excavator operation

What You'll Need

To be considered for this position, you'll need:

- BPC/VBA Plumbing Registration

- 5+ years' experience in commercial, civil or maintenance plumbing, or a similar environment

- Current driver's licence

- Working with Children Check (Employee)

- A strong commitment to workplace safety

- Good communication and customer service skills

- A reliable, professional and team-focused approach
