We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join a privately owned WA business supplying products to the construction industry. Based in Canning Vale, this full-time role works 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional early starts and finishes available.
This is a hands-on busy warehouse role suited to an organised storeperson who enjoys getting involved across all areas of the warehouse. You'll manage the flow of stock from receivals and inventory control through to picking, packing and dispatch, and you'll also assist customers at the trade counter when they're collecting orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate receivals, including checking, unloading and entering incoming goods into the system
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch, courier or collection
- Operate forklifts and load delivery trucks and customer vehicles
- Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy, including regular stock counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well organised
- Provide trade counter support when needed, including preparing invoices and helping customers identify products
Key Requirements:
- Current forklift licence (LF) with operating experience
- Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience
- Valuable computer literacy and the ability to learn systems such as NetSuite and Outlook
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Current driver’s licence
- A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn
