The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established agency based in Palm Beach.
Working from modern offices alongside a supportive and collaborative team, this is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager looking for a stable, long-term position with a business that values its people and provides genuine career progression.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a residential property portfolio, managing day-to-day relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors while delivering a high level of service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a residential property portfolio of 110 properties with support (all close to office)
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance requests, repairs and contractors
- Conducting routine inspections and managing entry and exit reports
- Managing tenancy renewals, arrears and general tenancy matters
- Overseeing leasing and application processes
- Ensuring compliance with QLD legislation and tenancy regulations
- Providing proactive communication and exceptional customer service
- Working collaboratively with the wider property management team
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who takes pride in their portfolio and enjoys building strong client relationships.
You’ll ideally have:
- PropertyME experience
- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong knowledge of QLD residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
- A genuine commitment to providing excellent service
