Manildra Group is seeking a motivated and safety focused Mechanical Operator to join our Operations and Maintenance team at Port Kembla Terminal. This role provides operational oversight and electrical maintenance services for the effective day-to-day running of the Terminal. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting terminal operations, mechanical maintenance services, contractor management, and spare parts procurement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational control of the Terminal during shipping operations
- Coordinate and/or undertake mechanical maintenance tasks in the Terminal, including breakdown, preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks
- Maintain all maintenance and spare parts records in the Terminal CMMS
- Coordinate and manage contractors for maintenance tasks
