THE ROLE

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of major construction projects up to $50M.
- Take ownership of project planning, programming,



cost control and delivery.
- Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Drive project performance against program, budget, quality and safety targets.
- Manage procurement, commercial outcomes, variations and contractual obligations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers, Contract Administrators and site teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive successful project outcomes.

YOU

- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Strong track record delivering projects valued at $5 - $50M+.
- Experience managing projects from commencement through to completion.
- Strong commercial, contractual and project management capability.
- Confident leading project teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and cost management.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
