About the Role: Our Federal Government Client is seeking an EL2 Business Architect.
This is a long-term contract initial 12 months with extension, located in Canberra, ACT.

This role is responsible for ongoing enhancement of business architecture and appropriate business solutions, with specific focus on delivery of service enhancement and digital transformation objectives on Salesforce CRM.

As the selected candidate, you will:

- Develop high-level designs and solutions that address business problems whilst aligning to agency architectural principles and strategic direction.
- Undertake key planning activities to identify dependencies, sequencing, and stakeholders across multiple programs of work.
- Enhance the business architecture based on organisational goals and objectives.
- Apply architectural principles to business solutions.
- Liaise with business stakeholders and programs to understand business requirements and provide technology consultancy.
- Liaise with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
- Work with Solution Designers and Functional Consultants to develop End-to-End solution designs in line with business requirements and architectural principles.




- Define the data and process requirements to meet business requirements.
- Work with wider enterprise architecture teams to agree on recommended solutions for business problem statements with particular focus on Salesforce CRM.
- Represent Salesforce Business Architecture in organisation-wide strategic programs.

To be successful in this role you should have:
- Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role in large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations.
- Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Experience working on cloud-based projects, including working with digital transformation teams, UX/CX designers, and accessibility-compliant applications.
- Familiarity with deployment in public and private government-approved cloud environments and associated security considerations.

It is desirable if you have:
- Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments and exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and Insurance Industries.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent IT architectural qualification.

- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design and development.

- Australian Citizenship is required.
- Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) clearance.
