Bunbury Glade Caravan Park is seeking a Reception & Guest Services professional to join our team on a part-time basis. Based in Bunbury, WA 6230, this role is essential to creating a welcoming and professional first impression for our guests. You will be the friendly face of our caravan park, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service whilst managing the administrative and operational tasks that keep our reception running smoothly. This position plays a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring our park operates efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting guests upon arrival and checking them in with a warm, professional manner
- Processing guest registrations, tenants rents, payments and bookings accurately and efficiently
- Providing information about accommodation options, facilities and local attractions to guests
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving complaints promptly and courteously
- Managing telephone and email communications with prospective and current guests and tenants
- Processing check-outs and ensuring payment reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate records of guest information and booking details
- Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, invoicing and general office duties
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organised and presentable at all times
- Collaborating with other team members to support park operations and guest experiences, and assisting the park team with other tasks as required
- Promoting park facilities and additional services to guests
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in guest services, reception, customer service or a similar front-facing hospitality role
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems and office software, experience with RMS software will be highly regarded
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work part-time hours as required, including weekend, public holiday and school holiday availability
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and payment processing
- Relevant hospitality or customer service qualifications would be advantageous
