We're looking for TWO confident, energetic and results-driven Sales Consultants to join a leading premium furniture retailer across Keswick and Marion!

IMPORTANT – Weekend Availability Required

These positions require candidates who are available to work every weekend, including Saturdays and Sundays, as weekends are a key trading period.
There may be an opportunity to enjoy one weekend off every four weeks, subject to showroom rostering and business requirements.

About the Role
We have TWO exciting opportunities available across the Keswick and Marion showrooms.
You'll be joining a passionate, sales-focused team where building relationships, delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving results are at the heart of what you do.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales position suited to someone who genuinely enjoys selling and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.
- Build strong relationships and understand customer needs.




- Confidently present products and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
- Drive individual sales targets, conversion rates and KPIs.
- Follow up with customers and maximise sales opportunities.
- Develop strong product knowledge.
- Maintain premium showroom presentation standards.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve showroom success.

About You We're looking for people with personality, confidence and a genuine passion for sales!

- Previous experience in retail, consultative selling or customer-focused sales.
- A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, motivated and results-driven approach.
- Confidence in closing sales and overcoming objections.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Full availability to work Saturdays and Sundays is essential.

Experience in furniture, bedding, homewares or premium retail would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in exceptional salespeople from other industries!
