We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused Salesperson to join the Domayne Alexandria Flagship Store.
Our Sales Consultant have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
To be successful you must:
- Have a passion for retail sales and a can-do attitude
- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team setting
What we require:
- Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business or Bedding Industry
- Good knowledge & ability to learn Bedding products to support with customer queries & Sale
- Interior decorating experience will be highly considered
- Ability to service your customer’s needs while managing work tasks around showroom floor
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional service to customer focused needs
- Experience in resolving & dealing with customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer needs are met with timely and accurate services
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure
