Deliver high level customer service on the POS system and at the same time assist distributors and key customers in matters of product, sales, the business and general enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Process distributors purchases and handle payments
- Handle cash, float and drawer reconciliation
- Respond to distributors general enquiries and provide exceptional customer service in sales and information
- Monitor stock levels daily and weekly
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of product areas
- Maintain merchandising displays, fill shelves and rotate stock
- Maintain awareness of tidiness and general housekeeping requirements in all public areas
- Maintain close contact with Manager enabling receipt of all vital information on promotions, events and general offerings
- Attend to pickups, returns and exchanges as required
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required

- Previous experience in retail or customer service based industry
- High level of professionalism
- High level presentation
- Exceptional communication skills
