Horizon United is a civil, maintenance, construction, and mining services contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients. We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and safety-focused Civil Plant Operators for an upcoming large-scale civil infrastructure project scheduled to commence in December 2026.
We are looking to establish a talent pool of skilled operators interested in joining a significant civil construction project. Successful applicants will support bulk earthworks, site preparation and associated infrastructure works.

Positions Available
We are seeking experienced operators for the following plant:
- Relevant RII tickets for the plant you operate (mandatory)
- Current VOCs highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience operating on large-scale civil construction projects
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable transport
Key Responsibilities
- Safe operation of equipment
- Complete pre-start inspections and report any mechanical faults or safety concerns
- Follow strict safety guidelines and ensure all tasks are completed to high safety standards
- Work within the team to optimise efficiency and deliver high-quality project outcomes
