We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast QLD.
As a Site Engineer you will oversee and manage all on-site activities on our large-scale residential development. Working alongside the Project Manager and the Lead Site Engineer, you will ensure the successful execution of the current build project to Meriton's trusted high standard.
Duties will include:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities for a large scale high-rise residential project
- Day to day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the sub-contractors
- Collaborate with various disciplines such as WHS, Quality Control, Engineers, Contract Administration, Vendors, Suppliers and sub-contractors
- Work with the Project Manager and Lead Site Engineer to ensure project objectives are met and assist with resolving identified issues
- Routine site office administration including reports, record keeping and document control.

Skills and Experience
- Engineering Degree
- 2-5 years' experience in Construction in multi-res, mixed-use residential
- Experience with steel, concrete, PT and precast systems
- WHS and Quality assurance experience
- Construction Project Management experience
- Excellent communication skills
