WCP Civil & Asphalt is looking to bolster our road crew with experienced operators for an immediate start.

Work will cover both metro and regional sites, providing an opportunity to join a growing and hardworking civil and asphalt team.

Asphalt Roller Operator

- 5+ years’ experience preferred

- Experience operating a tandem roller

- Previous civil and asphalt experience highly regarded

- $40.00 per hour + Penalty rates + Allowances + Super

- Immediate start available

- Work across metro and regional sites

Successful candidates will:

- Be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role

- Present with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
