As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) you will provide excellent care to our residents at mecwacare Calwell Manor, a 43 – bed facility located in Safety Beach. About the role:

- Casual opportunities available | AM shifts between 7AM-3PM
- Located in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula region, our Safety Beach home is approximately 25 km from Frankston station

What you Bring:

- A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a relevant Certificate III/IV qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an aged care home, ideally with proven skills in mentoring and supporting other carers.
- Availability to work AM and PM shifts, including weekdays and weekends with occasional night shifts.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with older people and their families.
- The ability to understand and follow individual client care plans.
- Sound problem-solving skills and the judgement to know when to escalate issues to a supervisor.
- Proven time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- A proactive, dedicated approach to delivering best-practice care.
- Flexibility to adapt to workplace demands and a collaborative team spirit.
