About the Role

Join the Kitchen leadership team as a hands-on Sous Chef. Work closely with the Executive Chef, lead service across a busy resort operation and help develop chefs, cooks and apprentices while maintaining high standards.

Duties

- Support the Executive Chef with daily Kitchen operations

- Lead preparation and service across resort food outlets

- Prepare and present consistent, high-quality menu items

- Coach chefs, cooks, apprentices and new team members

- Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleaning and WHS standards

Skills & Experience

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

- Previous Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef experience

- Strong leadership in a high-volume Kitchen

- Food safety,



stock control and food-cost knowledge

- Adaptable for days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
