Resource Recovery Australia (RRA) is looking for our next Noosa Site Leader!

About the Role
As our Noosa Site Leader, you'll oversee the operations of our Reviva Shop within the Noosa Waste Management Facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire and develop a diverse team, drive a positive customer experience, and ensure we continue delivering outstanding environmental, social and operational outcomes.
Working closely with Noosa Council, you'll balance commercial success with community impact, helping to create opportunities for people while championing reuse, recycling and sustainability.
About You
You're a people-focused leader who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and leading by example. You're passionate about community, sustainability and bringing out the best in your team.
You'll bring:
- At least 3 years' experience leading and inspiring teams
- Retail experience,
including customer service and merchandising
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing budgets and operational performance
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for community, reuse and environmental outcomes
