Every recovery journey begins with a first step and continues long after treatment ends.

At Lives Lived Well, we believe recovery is possible.

We're seeking a passionate Pre and Post Worker to join our residential Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) services in Orange, supporting clients before they enter treatment and as they transition back into the community.

Working across Wyla Residential Withdrawal and Rehabilitation Service and Elouera Residential Recovery Service, you'll play a vital role in helping people prepare for treatment, strengthen recovery supports and build the foundations for lasting change.

Located in the Central West of NSW, Orange offers an excellent lifestyle, robust community connections and access to some of the region's best food, wine and outdoor experiences.

About Our Services

Wyla Residential Withdrawal and Rehabilitation Service provides live-in withdrawal and rehabilitation support for adults based at the Bloomfield Hospital Campus just outside Orange, helping people prepare for recovery beyond their residential stay.

Elouera Residential Recovery Service supports women experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges through residential treatment and rehabilitation. The service provides a safe and supportive environment where women can engage in recovery while remaining connected with their children under 12 years of age.

Working across both services, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to supporting people to achieve meaningful recovery outcomes.

- Experience using evidence-based approaches to support behaviour change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
- Resilience,

emotional intelligence and a calm, non-judgemental approach.
- Confidence working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Essential Requirements
