Staffpower Recruitment is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established permanent recruitment desk, with existing clients and recruitment opportunities already available.
You’ll have the support and systems of an established recruitment business behind you, while having the autonomy to develop your own desk, build new relationships and grow your earning potential.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the full permanent recruitment process, from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, interviews and successful placements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing existing permanent recruitment opportunities and client relationships
- Developing new business and building long-term client relationships
- Sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
- Identifying new opportunities within existing clients
- Developing new clients and markets
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
- Taking ownership of your desk and its performance
- Contributing to the continued growth of Staffpower’s permanent recruitment division
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in permanent recruitment
- Confident dealing with clients and candidates
- Commercially minded and motivated by results
- Strong in business development
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Organised and professional
- Driven to build a successful recruitment desk
- Motivated by strong earning potential
Recruitment experience is preferred, particularly across professional, industrial, trades or regional recruitment. However, we’re ultimately looking for someone with the drive and ambition to succeed.
