Bring your team leadership skills, training and experience working towards targets to Subway Shamim Group. We are looking for an emerging leader ready to grow into a Store Manager role.
You do not need previous Subway experience or a Store Manager title to apply.

Move beyond managing a shift and take responsibility for a store’s team, customer experience and results.
You’ll build on the skills you already have while developing your experience in recruitment, rostering, stock control and business performance. We’ll provide training in Subway’s systems and standards, with guidance from your management team.
What you’ll do
Lead daily store operations and work alongside your team during service.
- Recruit, train and coach team members.
- Prepare rosters and manage staffing to keep the store running smoothly.
- Monitor sales, labour costs, food costs and waste.
- Manage ordering, stock levels and banking.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and excellent customer service.
- Work with your Area or Multi-Store Manager to improve performance.

What you’ll get

Other requirements
- Australian working rights suitable for the role.
- A Food Safety Supervisor certificate will be required before commencing.
- Willingness to provide a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
- A valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle.
