This business development role is effectively "the face of the business" and key interface between tenants and visitors to the Centre. You will lead the expansion and implementation of the vision for the future, working with a small, dedicated team who aim to provide the best customer service in Adelaide.
Key responsibilities
Communicate effectively with people at all levels
Look for potential tenants that may have an interest in leasing a showroom within the property
Greet visitors and answer phone calls with a positive attitude
Provide customers with product information and generate leads
Present the showroom features and perks to persuade potential tenants to rent
About you
Must be able to speak and understand English to a high degree
Bright and outgoing personality ready to help customers
Ability to understand customer needs and go the extra mile
Knowledge of building and renovation products is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customers
Knowledge regarding the building and real estate industry or experience is highly desirable
Flexibility in schedule
