We are seeking a reliable and motivated Tele Sales Assistant to join our clients team at our Wingfield office.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is a varied role involving telesales, customer service, order processing, data entry and general administration.

About the role:
Making and receiving inbound and outbound calls to customers
Contacting customers to place and confirm orders
Processing and entering customer orders accurately
Following up customer enquiries
Completing general administrative tasks as required
Assisting with some reception duties
Providing qualified and friendly customer service
Supporting the Sales Manager and wider team as required

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar telesales, sales or customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills




The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency with computers and accurate data entry skills
High attention to detail
A professional and friendly telephone manner
A reliable and positive approach to work
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
