You'll work as part of our experienced design and project delivery team, delivering electrical infrastructure designs across a diverse range of projects throughout Queensland.
Key responsibilities
Energex and Ergon Energy distribution network designs
Underground Residential Distribution (URD) designs
Residential and commercial subdivision electrical reticulation
Street lighting design
Overhead and underground network design
Large-lot subdivision and network augmentation projects
Coordination with Energex, Ergon Energy, developers, civil consultants and other project stakeholders
Supporting projects from early concept and feasibility through detailed design, approvals and construction
About you
A relevant Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience in electrical distribution network design
Energex and/or Ergon Energy design experience
An understanding of Queensland electrical distribution standards and requirements
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality designs
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a busy project environment
Take ownership of your work, enjoy solving problems and want to continue developing professionally
