Key duties:
Processing Creditor Payments and Expenses
Processing Debtor Invoicing and Receipting
Monthly intercompany charges and recoveries
Expense monitoring
Analyse and respond to queries (internal and external)
Reconciliation of bank accounts
End of month processing
Monthly Reconciliation

Project accounting duties including:
Preparing progress reports
Preparing progress claims




Analyse variations to original budget
Track costs spend to date and cost to complete
Draw down funds from finance facilities to pay for projects
Liaise with project manager (internal and external) and provide assistance

What we are looking for:
A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role
A minimum of two years Xero Accounting package experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Highly organized
A problem solver
A proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
Exceptional attention to detail

This is a permanent full time position with working hours between 9am – 5.30pm, based in the CBD.
