ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking reliable Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing business in Kilsyth.
This is a outstanding opportunity for people who enjoy hands-on work, are confident using power tools and want ongoing work in a busy production environment.
About the Role Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:36 PM
Pay Rate: $40.64 per hour
Working at the end of a production line, you will be responsible for completing final assembly and finishing tasks to ensure products are ready for dispatch.
Your duties will include:
Working at the end of a fast-paced production line
Using power tools including drills and impact drivers
Completing basic assembly and fitting tasks
Checking finished products for quality
Following production processes and safety procedures
Moving and handling products as required
Working as part of a supportive production team
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
About You We are looking for candidates who are:
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a repetitive, hands-on role
Confident using power tools
Mechanically minded with good hand skills
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Able to follow instructions and production procedures
Quality focused with positive attention to detail
Comfortable working as part of a team
Available for ongoing Monday–Friday work
Previous manufacturing or production experience is highly regarded, however, we are also open to candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and the right attitude.
