What You'll Be Doing
As a Manager in Training, you'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of the business, including:
Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations
Driving sales growth and achieving store targets
Building solid relationships with customers
Generating new business prospects
Managing stock, inventory and order preparation
Assisting with warehouse and dispatch operations
Coaching and supporting team members
Maintaining high safety and presentation standards
About You
You'll likely have:
2+ years' experience in retail, trade, warehouse or customer service environments
Leadership experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, 2IC or similar
Strong people and communication skills
A passion for customer service and sales
Experience working towards KPIs and targets
Good computer skills
A hands-on approach and willingness to assist in warehouse operations
Current driver's licence
Forklift licence highly regarded.
