We’re looking for a gun qualified carpenter / leading hand to join the Plumb Renovations team.
We’re not looking for someone who just wants to turn up, swing a hammer and go home.
We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership, lead jobs, produce quality work and grow with a business that has some pretty big plans.
Plumb Renovations specialises in bathroom and home renovations across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers. We’re a growing team of carpenters, plumbers and trusted trades, and we’ve recently expanded further with our own renovation showroom and product supply business in Tweed Heads.
The vision is bigger than simply doing more jobs.
We’re building a renovation company that can take a customer from design → product selection → supply → construction → completed renovation, all under the one roof.
And we want good people around us as we build it.
We’re looking for someone who: Is a qualified carpenter
Has renovation experience
Can confidently run and coordinate jobs
Takes pride in their workmanship
Communicates well with clients and other trades
Can problem-solve without needing their hand held
Keeps a clean, organised site
Wants responsibility and the prospect to progress
There’s genuine room here for the right person to step into a leading role as the company grows.
We work hard, have a good crew and take what we do seriously — but we also want work to be somewhere you actually enjoy turning up to.
If you’re a carpenter who feels like you’ve outgrown simply being “another employee” and want to help build something, we’d love to hear from you.
