We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Solar & Battery Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As a Solar & Battery Sales Consultant, you'll be engaging with customers who have already expressed interest in solar and battery solutions, helping them understand their options and recommending the right solution for their home.
From the first conversation through to installation and post-sale support, you'll be the trusted advisor who makes the process easy, transparent and enjoyable.
What you'll be doing
Convert warm leads into sales through phone consultations and customer engagement
Assess customers' energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery solutions
Educate customers on the financial and environmental advantages of home energy technology
Support customers throughout their journey, from enquiry to installation
Provide first-level support and guidance on solar, battery and future energy products
Work closely with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, installations and payments
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, customer communications and scripts
