Craigmore Group is recruiting a Sales Support Executive on behalf of a leading animal nutrition business with a strong reputation across Australia. As the engine room behind the sales team, you'll make sure every customer gets an outstanding experience. You'll also work hand in hand with the sales team to drive growth and build loyal an long-term partnerships.

What you'll do
Build lasting relationships with your own customer portfolio
Use CRM and Microsoft Dynamics to process sales orders, purchase orders and credits
Work with transport and warehousing partners to fulfil orders and resolve issues
Coordinate with the Manila-based Customer Service Team
Support inventory planning, regulatory compliance and keeping customer accounts up to date
Meet and exceed qualitative KPIs

What you'll bring
Experience in sales support or customer service, ideally in FMCG or food
Confidence with CRM and ERP systems (Dynamics highly regarded)
Robust communication skills and attention to detail
A proactive, customer-first attitude
