Our client is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to take complete operational command across all F&B; outlets. Balancing visible floor leadership with sharp commercial acumen, you will work closely alongside the General Manager and the Executive Chef to align service execution, wine programs, and departmental profitability.

This position is ideal for a proven multi-outlet or hotel F&B; Manager seeking long-term stability, solid peer backing, and group pathways into property leadership.

The candidate:
Minimum 2 years of F&B; Manager experience within a luxury hotel or multi-outlet estate venue
Commercially sharp operator with strong P&L;, stock control, roster optimisation
Immaculate presentation with a sophisticated, charismatic approach to guest experience and wine-driven dining
Inspiring team leader focused on structured coaching, staff retention, and driving a positive workplace culture
Deep beverage knowledge, including fine wine service, cocktail execution, and regional food trends
