About the Role:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Process invoices, payments, issue statements and expense claims promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Handle customer and supplier inquiries related to billing, payments, and account balances and records in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring swift resolution.
Reconcile OEM payments and warranty claims.
Stay updated on industry-related financial regulations and best practices, implementing necessary changes for compliance and efficiency.
Collaborate with the Sales, Service, and Parts departments to reconcile vehicle sales, Parts and service records and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and schedules.
Provide general administrative assistance and coverage during periods of leave.

About you:
Proven dealership experience as an accountant
Tertiary qualification ideal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent knowledge of financial software and MS Office applications, with proficiency in Excel.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.

On Offer:
Salary $79,500 depending on experience.
