Housekeeping Supervisor

We're looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor who is committed to delivering Oval Hotel’s world-class standards and leading a high-performing team.

This role offers the opportunity to make an impact on guest experience and contribute to the ongoing success of South Australia's only stadium hotel. You'll play a key role in maintaining the luxury standards Oval Hotel is known for while developing and supporting a driven team of Room Attendants and Housepersons.

We're looking for someone who can:
Work alongside Room Attendants and Housepersons, providing hands-on support and leading by example.
Provide daily guidance, coaching and leadership to Room Attendants and Housepersons to help them perform their best.
Conduct quality inspections across guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities to maintain luxury five-star standards.
Coordinate daily priorities, allocate work and support operational requirements across each shift.
Manage workforce planning, rostering and scheduling to support productive operations.

What you’ll bring:
Previous experience in luxury hotel housekeeping,



including room servicing and inspections to five-star standards.
Demonstrated experience leading or supervising housekeeping teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide transparent direction and feedback.
Solid organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
