We are looking for a passionate and experienced aged care manager with strong clinical and business management background and outstanding leadership to join our executive team to provide relieving support for our homes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Current registration with AHPRA, Division 1
Five (5) years plus general nursing experience
Extensive experience (3 years +) of management role in aged care homes
Excellent communication skills and highly responsible
Certificate/ Diploma in Gerontology/ Aged Care/ Management Preferred
Thorough understanding of and experienced with Accreditation and Aged Care funding
Strong HR management skills
Strong Financial management skills
Demonstrated team building and change management skills
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the vibrant and multicultural team to achieve company goals & objectives.
Lead the team to implement the philosophy, objectives and policies of the organisation and manage the day by day operations in areas of :
