About the Role:
As a Factory Hand, you will be involved in a variety of tasks to support daily manufacturing operations, including:
Assisting with general manufacturing duties, including, drilling aluminium, riveting, cutting/sawing, processing, linishing, assembling, labelling, lifting and sorting ladder frames.
Operating machinery and equipment, including hand and power tools (after training).
Handling materials and assembling components.
Maintaining a clean and protected work environment and complying with WHS and Quality Polices.
Working collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.

Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm. Early start, early finish, with a 38-hour week. Stable, full-time hours, with occasional paid overtime.

What We’re Looking For:
A strong and positive work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a physically demanding setting. Needs to be physically fit for manual handling.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
A commitment to workplace health and safety and maintaining Quality Assurance.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage but not required, as full training and induction will be provided.
