About Adelita

Adelita Wine Bar is an established boutique wine bar and dining venue in the heart of Wynnum, Brisbane Bayside.

Open Wednesday to Sunday, we offer a seasonal, share-style menu focused on modern Australian cooking with European influences, alongside a carefully curated wine list featuring Australian and international producers.

We’re a small, close knit team that cares about excellent food, genuine hospitality and creating a workplace people enjoy being part of.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, working closely with Head Chef Luke Pedan.

This is a hands-on role with the prospect to contribute creatively to our seasonal menus while developing your skills in a supportive kitchen.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across preparation, service, presentation and consistency, while working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house team.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Is passionate about seasonal produce and quality cooking
Is organised,



reliable and confident during busy services
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in presentation
Enjoys contributing ideas and being part of a cooperative kitchen
Brings a positive attitude and works well within a small team
Wants to continue developing their skills and grow with the business
