Hotel Sorrento is seeking a polished and personable Guest Services professional to join our team and deliver an exceptional level of service to our guests.

As a key ambassador for the hotel, you will create a warm and memorable arrival and departure experience, anticipate guest needs and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of Hotel Sorrento.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised, attentive and skilled service throughout the guest journey.
Welcome and farewell guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and seamlessly.
Anticipate and respond to guest requests, ensuring a prompt and considered service.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel facilities, dining and local experiences.
Assist with luggage, transportation and other guest arrangements.
Build strong relationships with guests and recognise opportunities to personalise their experience.
Liaise closely with all hotel departments to ensure guest requests are communicated and fulfilled.
Respond to guest feedback and concerns with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain impeccable standards of presentation,



service and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for luxury hospitality and an understanding that exceptional service is defined by the details.

We are looking for:
Previous experience in a luxury hotel, premium hospitality or high-end customer service environment.
Impeccable personal presentation and skilled communication.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
The ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
The ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $33.85 – $48.95 per hour
