Gemini Wine Bar is looking for a junior team member for 2–4 shifts each week, mostly at night. This is a true beginner role, supporting our kitchen and bar team so service runs smoothly. We're a community-focused wine bar and restaurant, also open during the day for coffee, pastries and take-home pantry supplies, and we're a friendly team focused on delivering high-quality experiences.

158 Sydney Road, Coburg, right near The Avenue tram stop and an 8-minute walk from Moreland train station.

What is the role?
Behind-the-scenes support during busy services, mostly at night but sometimes on weekend afternoons
Washing dishes in our small, busy kitchen during peak hours
Washing glassware and supporting the bar team
Keeping fridges stocked
General cleaning and support for the team
Over time,



learning more duties such as clearing and setting tables and organising inventory

Pay: $16.90 – $33.00 per hour
